the night of the wedding, Saturday, October 3, at the hotel

If you’d like to extend your stay, additional nights may be
booked directly with the hotel. Guests are also welcome to
arrange their own lodging if they prefer.

When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will take place at Valley Presbyterian Church,
followed by the reception in Half Moon Bay. Full addresses
and timing can be found on the Schedule page. The drive
between the two locations is approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving by 11:30 AM for the ceremony and by
4:00 PM for the reception.

What happens between the ceremony
and reception?

Following the ceremony, there will be a short afternoon break
before the reception begins. Guests are welcome to make
their way to Half Moon Bay at their own pace, check in at the
hotel, freshen up, and join us again when the reception opens
for cocktails and refreshments.

Is accommodation provided?

We’re pleased to provide accommodations for guests on the

is transportation provided?

Please indicate in your RSVP whether you plan to drive
yourself or rent a car. We will coordinate transportation and
carpool options closer to the wedding.

What if I do not need the provided
accommodation?

Please let us know in your RSVP if you will not need
accommodations. Guests are welcome to arrange their own
lodging if preferred.

What should I wear for the weather?

October on the coast can be cool, especially in the evening,
with temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to around 70°F.

We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the
reception.

Can I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the
guests named on your invitation.

By when should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by 15 June, 2026.

Are there any activities following the
wedding day?

We plan to spend some time together the day after the
wedding, including a relaxed morning at the beach and
brunch with many of our bridesmaids and groomsmen. You
are very welcome to join us, or to make your own plans for
the day. We completely understand if you need to head home
on Sunday. More details will be shared closer to the wedding.
